At Everstrong, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (oral medication), we are subject to strict pharmacy regulations.

Returns

We do not accept returns of Sildenafil or Viagra once dispatched, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This is because medicines cannot be reused or resold once they’ve left the pharmacy, even if unopened, for safety and compliance reasons.

If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, a damaged product, or your order was not delivered correctly, please contact us at info@ever-strong.ie within 7 days of delivery.

What qualifies for a refund or exchange?

• Incorrect product received
• Damaged or defective item on arrival
• Order not received

Non-returnable items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
• Opened or used medication
• Prescription products correctly dispensed
• Any product after 30 days from delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return (where applicable), we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
